Why Experiential Marketing Works
Experiential marketing is a method to maximize a message to an audience. Experiential marketing works because it allows a consumer to experience a product or service on their terms (voluntarily). It brings a brand to life, making it tangible and relatable to the consumer audience. A well-executed experiential activation showcases the brand's personality, values, character and attitude in a singular format. An activation occurs during a tradeshow or exhibition, at a festival or cultural entertainment event, and often during a customized brand event.
